Currently serving 200+ graduate students and 700+ undergraduates each year with 50+ academic courses and a variety of co-curricular programs, TGI offers 2 graduate degrees and 2 undergraduate minors in entrepreneurship, innovation, and engineering management. TGI is also the home for the Derby Entrepreneurship Center, a university locus for entrepreneurial education across all 11 schools at Tufts. TGI alumni are leaders in their fields and work across a variety of industries including healthcare, finance, engineering, and consumer goods. TGI programs are taught by a faculty of 40+ professionals who have excelled in industry and have started and run their own companies.

As a member of the high-energy Program and Operations Team, the Program Coordinator, will work to support TGI's undergraduate, graduate, co-curricular, and community programming. The Program Coordinator interfaces with students, faculty, and staff across Tufts University to ensure that programs are executed well and that they support the achievement of student outcomes. The role contributes to providing an excellent student experience, supporting faculty and course needs, and coordinating programming and events. As part of the role, the Program Coordinator is responsible for creating effective relationships across the University and working with team members to achieve TGI's programmatic goals. While a large of amount of the role supports planned activities, a person accustomed to thinking quickly and troubleshooting issues independently will do well.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree and 0-3 years of experience
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience in an academic setting and interfacing with diverse students and faculty

• Knowledge of or interest in technology, innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership
• Familiarity with Canvas, Qualtrics, Slack, Monday.com, HubSpot, and/or Zoom
  

Special Work Schedule Requirements:
As some TGI events and activities take place on weeknights and weekends, this position will require some non-standard work hours as needed, primarily during the academic year, so flexibility is necessary. TGI is seeking an in-person employee for this position, although some remote work can be arranged.
