Under the direction of the IS Operations & Support Assistant Manager this  position develops, programs, implements, maintains, supports and troubleshoots  NCPA’s Headquarters and Disaster Recovery real-time Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems including support of Dispatch and Scheduling real-time 24 x 7 wholesale electric utility operations.
