We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager who will be responsible to drive process optimization through the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions. The DPM will also coordinate problem solving processes to identify and prioritize solutions ensuring and measuring business impact. This position will have End-to-end responsibility for digital product decisions and outcomes related to one or more digital / analytics solutions.

*This position can be mostly remote based at either our Wilmington, DE or NJ locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage global complex advanced analytics projects at manufacturing sites.
• Lead a NA team of digital project leaders.
• Understand overall business needs and Translate into advanced analytics (AA) language.
• Turn prototypes and concepts into working, production-rate, machine learning solutions at scale.
• Drive optimization, testing and tooling to improve quality and response of our machine learning solutions.
• Drive digital mindset within the organization.
• Develop expertise on key digital themes in the Manufacturing area, such as Real-Time Process Optimization, predictive Maintenance and Energy Management.

• Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred)
• At least 10 years prior experience in production process at manufacturing plants
• Previous experience as data scientist preferred
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Experience working with large datasets, relational databases (SQL), and programing in Python/R preferred
• Project Management skills (planning, rituals, tracking, KPIs, stakeholder management)
• Ability to lead change and deliver results
• Effective communication and networking skills across all levels of the organization
• Management experience in leading a team
• Ability to travel up to 30% to our US manufacturing sites
