Main responsibilities:
Primary Job Function:
Perform new product introduction activities and processes with internal and external counterparts.
Alliances Management
Maintain contact with partners for contract follow up and strategic analysis of business performance to ensure effective governance and increase revenues.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:
Works with relevant cross-functional colleagues (marketing, regulatory, finance, SCM, Medical, Legal, QA, Headquarters, etc.) to drive the successful product launches and life cycle management of the products.
Works with SCM, Finance and Mkt colleagues to maintain already launched products.
Maintain contact with partners for contracts follow up and strategic analysis of business performance to ensure effective governance and increase revenues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Management/Business/international management, Chemistry, Biochemistry is also desirable.
Experience/Training Required:
Demonstrated experience in product launches of 2-3 years.
Experience in project management
Experience on financial valuation (Net Present Value and Internal Return Rate)
Numerical and financial agility
Effective communication and influencing skills in English and Spanish
High analytical level and interpretation of KPI's
Ease of teamwork and coordination of comprehensive tasks
