What you’ll be doing...
The Robotics Business Technology group is expanding its team and we are looking for a highly motivated personality as Manager of Sales Engineering to join our revenue team. You’ll be working in an exciting startup environment within the foundation of a large company (Verizon). You will have the freedom and autonomy to do your best work, with the support and camaraderie you need to enjoy your job. In this role, you will lead our technicians’ team to support revenue activities from showcases, to integration and installation to support.
As a Manager of Sales Engineering, you will work collaboratively within your team and in close coordination with the sales and after sales team to win new deals and grow existing ones. As a technical expert for technically demanding products, you can play a key role in shaping the relationship with our customers and the solution to be used. You will participate in a collaborative, agile team environment that is determined to serve customers with our products.
Leading a team who is the first technical point of contact for sales and after sales team
Support planning customer projects from a technical perspective including network configuration, deployment, processes and interfaces to existing systems
Lead the technical customer success team and focusing on improving the support experience for customers as well as standardizing the support execution to improve efficiency
Lead the integration team to integrate new hardware platforms and our software solution
Work in close cooperation with product management to make customer needs explicit
Share previous knowledge and experience with the team
Manage your own time and progress, coordinate with your colleagues, and meet or exceed revenue and company goals
Maintain a willingness to pitch-in and help others on the team
Represent incubed IT in face-to-face meetings with customers, partners, prospects, and internally across incubed IT and Verizon
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Master´s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
Experience in managing teams of technicians
Experience in mobile robots
Experience in software development
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with and motivate team members, peers and leadership. You should be a peer leader who maintains a team orientation, with the desire to collaborate to reach excellent results.
Very strong task management capabilities and a proven ability to proactively communicate project status to key stakeholders.
A strong sense of urgency and bias toward action with the ability to think on your feet.
Superior problem-solving and analytical skills.
Motivation and enthusiasm for mobile robots.
Fluent English language skills.
Passion for learning and independent work.

Strong attention to detail.
Good organizational skills.
Capability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of various factors.
Ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Additional language skills, preferably German.
Experience in logistics and manufacturing

For this position, the minimum gross salary based on the Austriancollective agreement amounts to 2,556.00 per month. The actualsalary is based on the candidate’s qualification and experience and willbe negotiated.
