The Position The Utilities Operations and Services Department currently has multiple openings in the Conveyance Engineering Division. The openings are part of the Engineering series, which includes, Principal Engineer and Senior Engineer positions.  Clean Water Services (CWS) is in the midst of renewing our collection system and treatment facilities master plans.  The recently completed East Basin Master Plan includes a capital portfolio totaling over $200M in design and construction projects over the next 20 years in our collection system tributary to our Durham Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF).  Several large pipeline replacement and rehabilitation projects, infiltration and inflow rehabilitation projects, and other infrastructure improvement
