St. Mary Academy – Bay View seeks a Director of Facilities to assist with planning, developing, and implementing policies and procedures for the maintenance of campus buildings and infrastructure.  The Director will also supervise and direct all maintenance personnel; develop and implement procedures and operations for the effective, efficient, and safe maintenance of all campus buildings; and manage installation and regular care of the facility infrastructure.  They will be responsible for the oversight of the physical plant, building maintenance, campus grounds, energy management, and campus security.
