We are looking for a senior engineering leader to lead our Global Operations Engineering and Site Reliability teams. As part of the infrastructure, these teams provide the building blocks needed to enable engineering velocity with reliability. Cloud Engineering is responsible for creating guardrails, policies, and tooling to drive down operation burden. Additional responsibilities include foundational and cloud services that are commonly used by Ratings software engineers. Site Reliability Engineering works with engineering teams to improve S&P Ratings availability and reliability by building capabilities (Circuit breakers, standardized monitoring, alert routing, etc.) and establish standards and processes. As we scale the organization, our goal is to
