C&W Services, a global leader in Integrated Maintenance Solutions and a sister company of Cushman & Wakefield, is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to lead our operations at a key distribution and fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Preventative and Predictive Maintenance of Conveyor Systems, coupled with a strong background in Reliability Maintenance principles.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Direction:
- Provide leadership, direction, and coordination for all assigned maintenance and facility support activities.
- Lead the "Safety First" program, ensuring a culture of safety throughout all operations.
- Oversee and manage all salaried and hourly positions at the distribution and fulfillment center.
Operational Oversight:
- Take charge of profit and loss responsibility for the account, ensuring budget preparation and cost control.
- Implement and enforce policies, ensuring conformance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company and customer policies.
- Develop and maintain quality control measures, ensuring adherence to maintenance processes.
Customer Relations:
- Foster positive customer relations, demonstrating good judgment in decisions that impact the company's business.
- Address customer needs and concerns proactively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Employee Development:
- Oversee employee development initiatives, providing mentoring and support for team members.
- Ensure compliance with all industry-related professional organizations, with a focus on reliability principles.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelorâ™s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in maintenance management, with a background in supervision, planning/scheduling, and estimating. Reliability experience strongly preferred.
- Accreditation: Membership and active participation in industry-related professional organizations (SMRP, IFMA, BOMA, etc.) with applicable professional certification desired.
