Join our dynamic team as the Regional Maintenance Manager, overseeing multiple fulfillment center locations within a specific geographic area. As a leader in the distribution and fulfillment industry, you will play a crucial role in managing the overall efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across the region. The ideal candidate will bring extensive regional or multi-site management experience. Â
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership and Direction:
Provide leadership, direction, and coordination for maintenance and facility support activities across assigned fulfillment center locations.
Directly supervise and guide Senior Maintenance Managers and/or Maintenance Managers.
Maintain positive customer contacts, identify needs, and develop strategies for account retention.
Address changes in priorities and customer expectations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Quality Assurance and Planning:
Develop and implement quality assurance methods and procedures.
Oversee and assess quality levels achieved by managers and site locations.
Monitor and evaluate budgets, planning for future needs and requests.
Contribute to short-range/long-range plans at the site level and overall planning with the Senior Director, Operations.
Develop and maintain site performance analytics, analyzing trends for success and client satisfaction.
Utilize data to assess trends and guide decision-making.
Safety and Efficiency:
Ensure team members perform assigned tasks safely, effectively, and efficiently.
Demonstrate superior leadership skills in directing and managing employees across multiple sites.
OTHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES:
Maintain positive customer relations with excellent communication skills.
Proven record of managing multiple locations/projects simultaneously.
Build solid cross-functional relationships and establish confidence among clients and employees.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, growing, and demanding environment.
Proficient use of data and information to assess trends and implement effective processes.
Knowledgeable of product/service delivery models, conveying them to managers and employees for site implementation. Â
25-50% travel is required for this role. Â
Bachelorâ™s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or equivalent required.
7+ years of related work experience required.
Management experience with multiple distribution or fulfillment centers is required. Â
