Assistant Ticketing and Broadcast Media Manager
JOB SUMMARY:Under general supervision, the Assistant Ticketing and Broadcast Media Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with season ticket holders, mini-plan and individual game buyers and all SLU Athletics constituents. The position is also responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the ESPN+ streaming platform. Applicants should be able to work fall ticketed sporting events (Mens Soccer, Womens Soccer, and Volleyball) and winter ticketed sports (Mens & Womens Basketball).The position reports to the Senior Associate Athletics Director - External.PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide superior level of customer service to ensure a positive experience for all our patrons
