Overseeing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of assigned accounts, ensuring they meet targets.
Supervising and ensuring the smooth operations of assigned accounts.
Managing all staff matters within the team.
Acting as the primary liaison with clients and cultivating strong relationships with them.
Identifying and pursuing potential new business opportunities in Facility Management, M&E, and other real estate-related ventures.
Maintaining and expanding the client base, including attending site show rounds, assessing market opportunities, formulating marketing strategies, and establishing rapport with prospective clients.
Conducting cost analysis to recommend pricing, preparing proposals, collaborating with the Business Development team on presentations, and delivering presentations to prospective clients.
Ensuring the smooth operation of accounts.
Responsible for AOP accounts
Leading the implementation of industry best practices, processes, and procedures.
Meeting performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) outlined in contracts.
Ensure all staff and operations comply to safety and health regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in facilities management and/or built environment, or related disciplines from a recognized institution.
A minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in the FM industry.
Certification as a Fire Safety Manager/ Green Mark Manager/ Energy Manager/ etc. is preferred.
Proficiency in written and communication skills is essential.
