Manage critical FM engineering management in the Datacenter.
Focal point for all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities. Planned for 52week calendar schedule with all contractors.
Manage support fire protection and suppression system, electrical system, water detection system, DCIM, ACMV, genset, etc.
Focal point for all security system, CCTV and card access. Intrusion system by Security vendor.
Asset management for DC.
Manage all annual building power shutdown.
Manage DC shutdown script and ensure all testing and maintenance are conducted in an orderly manner.
1st line of escalation point 24x7 under MSL for all critical alarms and equipment. Manage and raise incident reports.
Manage lifecycle replacement/ sustainment plan to mitigate any risk or breakdown.
Support and executive all DC project from construction, testing and deliverables. Handing/ taking over from project to FM.
Deliver and ensure all incident reports are recorded under DC.
Raise, review and approve all work orders, risk assessment and method statement as part of change management control.
Follow up and submit quotation for any break fix and enhancement works.
Ensure license renewal for eg; LEW licensing for offices, DC and server rooms.
Liaising point with building management for building infra supporting MSL.
Daily site reporting for site.
Daily power meter & BTU checks. One data per day. Analysis and highlight on any abnormalities.
Weekly checks and task- power meter, rooftop (genset, chilled water pipes valves, etc), work order and PPM posting, changeover update for FCU/ AHU if there are abnormalities.
Monthly duties- liaise with BMO on chiller schedule, maintenance report for chiller, maintenance log update, load reading updates (involving servers), security log updates, incident log updates, WO creation, closure and updates, PPM updates, FM reports, escort and supervision of PPM, BTU witness test with BMO team on chilled water consumption, collate all service reports for PPM as part of WO closure, etc.
Annual task-SOP, EOP preparation and annual review. 1 tabletop exercise drill might be required, MOS, RA and site specific PPM, annual budgetary and sustainment plan, power shutdown planning and coordination.

About You:
Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering of its equivalent.
Minimum 4 years relevant working experience, preferably in data centre facilities.
Able to work beyond working hours or weekends, if required.
24/7 Emergency Call support and site attendance, as and when required
