What Engineering Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Engineering is responsible for performing research and analyses to develop design options for components, products, systems and processes.
Engineering Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Engineering function.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of technical as well as operations personnel. This may include facilities technician & custodians.
Develop, implement, and manage engineering projects primarily focused on capital and equipment.
Perform validations: IQ's, OQ's, PQ's
Lead/Perform equipment qualification of engineering equipment
Handle capital expenditure and lead larger sized projects
Generating and maintaining Quality System documentation as well as safety documents
Ensures FDA/ISO/EN compliance in areas of responsibility.
Accountability for the facility upkeep, related PMs and escalations.
Accountability for on-time completion of PMs and equipment escalation.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+8 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor?s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Prior experience in regulated environment, preferred
Prior experience with facilities and critical equipment maintenance, preferred
Anticipated salary range:$78,500-$130,035/year
