In C&W, ESS and ACMV strives to maintain the customer premises ACMV equipment and customer technical expectations. The role will be the key responsible to identify service quality improvement and to address the operational and performance requirements. The role will also represent the first echnical line of support for C&Wâ™s clients for chillers and ACMV equipment.

About the Role:
Responsible for all technical support, maintenance service of all brands of chillers and address the root cause of the asset (client) is maintained through the course of the contract
Coordinate EPC maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O. sign-off within the time.
Collect and evaluate statistical data related to the performance of the Chiller plant and ACMV system.
Prepares and maintains the comprehensive energy conservation action plan to include previous and ongoing efforts and short, intermediate and long-term goals
Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per MIS
Evaluate and provide fast resolution to field performance issues
Visit sites to diagnose the operational issues and develop resolution plans
Perform BMS/EMS and measurement and verification (M&V) instruments maintenance monthly/quarterly.
Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance.
About You:
Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Specialist qualification in HVAC and Mechanical/electrical/automation and Energy Management will be an added advantage.
Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) certification would be an added advantage.
Required fluency in English, Mandarin/Cantonese and other Asian languages would be beneficial.
