Maintenance Manager
Position open until filled. Reporting directly to the Director of Facilities the Maintenance Manager will oversee the daily operations of Highline's buildings, machinery, team and safety. This position will provide leadership and operational direction to Facilities staff through training, performance management, assigning work/priorities, and project oversight. The Maintenance Manager serves as a leader within the Facilities Department, calculating costs, planning special projects, and executing plans safely and efficiently. The position requires a sound understanding of engineering principles to ensure safety and compliance in Highline's 600,000 square feet of building space and systems infrastructure.This position is an exempt, at-will, full-time pos
