Mechanical Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY:Serves as an active member of the Facilities Operations team. Provides collaborative input and strategic advice to the Facilities Trades Manager. Oversees the maintenance, repair, replacement and testing of all HVAC systems on campus. Responsible for the operation and management of a fully automated central plant, both heating and cooling. In conjunction with the Facilities Trades Supervisor, supervises all work performed by the HVAC mechanics related to the inspection, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment in order to ensure buildings are operational, functional, and comfortable.
