Position Announcement:
The Construction Management program in the Department of Engineering Technology within the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI is seeking applications for a non-tenure track lecturer or senior lecturer position, beginning August 1, 2023. Duties include teaching courses as well as collaborating with faculty and staff for program improvement and accreditation. Candidates should have a strong background in construction management topical areas which may include:
* Construction management and delivery methods * Construction quantity takeoff and estimate * Contract administration and specifications * Construction materials and methods * Computer applications for construction such as Autodesk Revit, Procore, Bluebeam
In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating capstone design projects. Applications should include a statement of interest, curriculum vitae, and contact information for at least three references. Review of applications will continue until the position is filled.

Basic Qualifications:
Required qualifications: A master's degree or higher in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field, and the ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students, faculty, and staff to perform appropriate service functions at the program and department level.
Preferred qualifications: A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in the construction industry.
