Director of Building Operations and Capital Management The Director of Building Operations and Capital Management at Nightingale-Bamford School provides strategic and operational leadership for all activities related to building operations, maintenance, and capital management. Reporting to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer, this role ensures the School's facilities are clean, safe, efficient, and conducive to meaningful instruction and learning. The Director oversees capital projects, maintenance programs, school safety and security, and compliance with building codes, while advising school leadership on facilities management matters and ensuring effective budget allocation.
