Hands-on experience using JIRA REST APIs for integration with other tools like Jenkins, and Integration/Automation frameworks Proven track record with Atlassian installations, migrations and upgrades Hands-on experience supporting Atlassian tools in an AWS environment, especially multi-node deployments with automation Linux experience
Job Responsibilities: Develop/Support of Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket (system level, not just project level) Create complex Jira workflows, project workflows, field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes Create conditions, validators, post functions and make changes to workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance. Create and manage users, groups, projects, and user permissions Create JQL queries, filters, dashboards and reports Establish and promote best practices for the usage of Atlassian tools Help guide and maintain the organization of data in Atlassian tools Configure, manage, and enhance Atlassian tools, including native functionality as well as researching, testing, and implementing apps Troubleshoot access and/or performance issues, engaging Atlassian and/or app vendor support when necessary Create and maintain scripts in such apps as Adaptavist Scriptrunner and JMWE workflow extensions Experience designing, testing, and deploying changes to dev, test, and production Jira environments. Familiarity with Data Center deployment in AWS. Interact with Project Managers, Managers, Developers, Infrastructure Engineers, Practice Teams, Stakeholders, and other Administrators Create, manage, support, and operate all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian products as outlined by the sponsoring practice team Create and maintain technical documentation Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian apps to meet team and business needs Understand system architecture of upstream and downstream impacts when implementing solutions Must be Customer Service driven mindset with strong relationship building skills Create and maintain a governance plan for JIRA and Confluence Day to day service management and operations of Atlassian environment, including monitoring, security, vulnerability remediation, performance, data protection and disaster recovery Extensive knowledge of administering cloud applications in a large, multi-methodology organization Experience setting up and administering 24x7 helpdesks Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a deadline-oriented environment Analytical & quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom Customer-focused and ability to act with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism Skilled in maintaining, collaborating, and supporting relationships at all levels across the organization Passionate about having fun to create a positive environment Excellent communicator and collaborator
