Poly Prep seeks applicants for the position of Director of Facilities. As an integral part of the Operations team, the candidate will represent the mission and values of Poly Prep to be reflected in the operations of all facilities and with the team. The candidate should have strong communication and project management skill set, attention to detail, work collaboratively with others and a passion for consummate improvement and growth. The Director of Facilities will be responsible for supporting the Head of Facility Management and Capital Projects, in conveying timelines, memorializing deferred maintenance schedules, audit requirements and communicating expectations clearly.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
