PRIMARY PURPOSE/GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all facility systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), BAS (Building Automation Systems), CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and general facilities maintenance. Will coordinate work with TCCS (The Claremont Colleges Services) and inspect completed work. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, BAS, CMMS software, and overall facility management, as well as the ability to lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal building performance, safety, and efficiency.
